As part of its commitment to protect the communities along the LIRR Expansion Project, 3rd Track Constructors (3TC, the project’s design-builder) continues to gather baseline data to monitor noise levels at project locations. 3TC is doing everything it can to make sure its work has the least impact possible on commercial and residential neighborhoods along the LIRR Expansion Project.
