The Town of Oyster Bay received a $10 million New York State Downtown Revitalization Initiative Grant to study areas around the Hicksville Station that could be developed and improved. The MTA is working with the Town on their vision of a walkable community that enlivens the train station area, and benefits commuters, retail, and residential buildings that would generate economic development benefits for the Town.
